While these realities affect women broadly, the disparities often intensify across historically underserved populations, including women of color.
I established S. R. Frazier Financial Education & Coaching Services, LLC in recognition of the longstanding financial inequities impacting women’s economic stability, wealth-building opportunities, and financial decision-making capacity across generations.
The organization exists to provide practical, accessible, and empowerment-centered financial education and coaching experiences that help women strengthen financial awareness, confidence, accountability, and long-term financial direction.
We believe lasting financial progress is strengthened when practical education, intentional decision-making, accountability, and consistent financial habits are applied within everyday life.

Sonja R. Frazier believes every woman deserves the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to make informed financial decisions and build a future aligned with her goals and values.
When she is not teaching, coaching, speaking, or developing new programs, Sonja enjoys reading, writing, learning, traveling, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and serving within her faith community. Known for her practical approach and encouraging spirit, she is passionate about helping women recognize their potential and pursue the future they envision for themselves and their families.
